What to Expect When Renting with Acadia Real Estate

Along the way, we've collaborated with incredible clients, tackled exciting challenges

Define Your Budget

Start by identifying your rental budget. In the UAE, rent is typically paid annually in 1 to 4 post-dated cheques, depending on the agreement with the landlord.

Choose the Right Location & Property Type

Once your budget is clear, the next step is selecting a suitable area based on your lifestyle, commute, and preferences. Whether you're looking for a modern apartment in Downtown Dubai, a villa in Arabian Ranches, or a commercial unit in Business Bay, we'll match your needs with the right property.

Property Search & Viewing

We shortlist the best available properties tailored to your criteria and arrange viewings at your convenience.

Booking the Property

Once you select a property, we'll communicate your offer to the landlord, including: Proposed rental amount, Number of cheques, Preferred move-in date. A Security Deposit Cheque (typically 5% of the rent) made out to the landlord is usually required to reserve the property.

Tenancy Agreement & Addendum

After finalizing the terms, our team will draft the Tenancy Agreement and review it with you, include all mutually agreed conditions in a legal Addendum, and ensure your rights and responsibilities are clearly outlined.

Move-In & Handover

Before moving in, we recommend conducting a full inspection with your agent. We'll create a Move-In Checklist noting the property's condition, ensuring transparency and security for both tenant and landlord.
